What conditions are eligible for return?
For damaged/defective products, you will have to inform us regarding the same within 48 hours of delivery. Failing which, the product will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Moreover, following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
2. Any product that is returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
3. Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
4. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on the return process and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is my order confirmed?
You will receive an email and a text message from us on your registered mobile number & email id upon confirmation of your order. Please contact our helpdesk at

When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all orders within 1-2 days after the order has been placed. We do aim to deliver all orders within 4-5 working days; however, please note that final delivery time will vary based on location.
When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can check the estimated delivery time for your pin code on any product page.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our charges are as follows:
Rs. 30/- for orders within Mumbai
Rs. 50/- for orders within Maharashtra
Rs. 80/- for rest of India
How can I track my order?
An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of our delivery partner. I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?
Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

How do I cancel an order?
If for any reason, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly get in touch with us at

What is your return policy?
You can return certain products, up to 14 days from the date of delivery by sending a request to
hello@ramposh.com. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. Returns will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

When will I receive a refund?
Refund will be generated after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place.
They should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the conditions mentioned above will not be accepted and no amount will be reimbursed in this case
