Refund Policy
If for any reason, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
1. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount in 3-5 working days.
2. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped it will be eligible for a refund only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Return Policy
In case you wish to return the product for replacement, exchanges or any other reason, do mail us with your order details & the reason for the same at

Please ensure the products for return are in an unused condition, with original product tag and packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policy on damaged goods
If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging has been tampered with and/or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to our delivery partner.

In order to claim a product replacement, please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you return the damaged product and provide an image of the damaged product as proof of damage when you get in touch with our representatives.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for products that are on sale and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
